1 - Reservations Policy in Cloud Resort

We remind you of the company's spa monitoring instructions

1- Check in now at 4pm and check out at 10am

2-Delaying the check-out time will deduct 30% of the unit’s rental value from the security deposit

3- It is necessary to have a cash deposit of 1000 riyals to be refunded during checkout

4-If the insurance is paid to the network or a bank transfer, your account will be recovered within 3 to 10 days

5- The guest or anyone special to the guest will not enter unless the full rent and insurance are paid. The system can control this procedure and there is no need for embarrassment.

6- Participant financial statements will not be transferred via bank transfer on the day of entry

7- We ask the guests to enjoy the unit’s content and reduce the discount on its application in the event of damage to anything inside the unit.

8- There is no return of the deposit and it is non-refundable, in the case of cancellation 72 hours before arrival on normal days.

9-The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation during extended vacations, clinics, and events.

10- Please do not transfer a deposit or pay using *stc pay, otherwise the unconfirmed request will be considered an incomplete transfer.

11- The cash earned as rewards from site reservations is used as 25% cash back from upcoming vigilance necessities.
